“Wiveton has managed almost uniquely on the North Norfolk Coast to avoid speculative development and remains essentially an unspoilt and very rural village.  this fact perhaps more than any other is why the opportunity to prepare a Village Design Statement was taken up with such enthusiasm by the people of Wiveton and why the Village Designs Group has had such support for its work during the twelve months of preparation.
By way of open meetings, consultation and questionnaires the views of the people of Wiveton have been gathered and a consensus achieved, which is hoped through this document will influence change in our village”
